In this whole revamp of Shopee My Profile Page, we communicated across many stakeholders with business data analysis and user experience data measurement, and finally reached an agreement and got our new design approved by the higher managements successfully.

Tracking Management System is a centralized platform to create, test and monitor traffic data for 65+ products.
I work with a data PM to redesign the platform as part of the Common Traffic Revamp project.
Shopee Chatbot is an assistant bot in the Shopee e-commerce app, to answer users’ questions before they decide to access the live agent service.
In this project we reviewed the UX of a core task bot and raised solution rate by 3.71%.
Joybuy is an overseas e-commerce platform under JD.COM. This is a full revamp that covers the core shopping flow, I will elaborate two parts:
